Qiuwen “Heather” Xu focuses her practice in the areas of family law (divorce) and estate planning. She earned her undergraduate degree from Peking University, one of the top 2 universities in China and currently ranked #1 according to US News & World Report. She received her law degree from the University of Washington, a “tier 1” law school consistently ranked above all other law schools in the Pacific Northwest. While there, she worked on the Washington International Law Journal (formerly the Pacific Rim Law & Policy Journal) as a Senior Articles Editor and won the Best Respondent Brief in the 16th Herbert Wechsler National Moot Court Competition.
