H-1B Visa

The H-1B visa is a temporary nonimmigrant visa.  In order to be eligible, the applicant must obtain employment which requires at least a four-year degree, the applicant must possess such a degree or equivalent experience, and the applicant must meet the prevailing wage requirement.
