Lori is a Spanish-speaking LLLT practicing divorce and family law from our firm’s Bellevue office. LLLTs have a unique credential allowing them to do almost everything divorce and family law attorneys can do. That includes advising clients, helping them draft and submit documents for court, representing them in negotiations and mediation, and more – all at lower hourly rates than virtually all lawyers in the geographic area. LLLTs cannot orally argue in court, but our firm’s attorneys usually offer that service for Lori’s clients if desired.
Lori’s experience and accomplishments also make her unique. She has worked in the legal industry for over 20 years and was among the first LLLTs to earn a license. Several years ago she received the honor of being made partner at a Tri-Cities law firm with 10 attorneys. She recently completed an attorney clerkship, which qualifies her to apply for the Washington bar examination if she decides to become a lawyer. And in 2022 she won the Gene Schuster legal aid award for highest service to the community.
Outside the office, Lori enjoys her family, travel, and singing in church. We bet she’s a better singer than you. Ask her to sing!
