Qingci “QC” Cai is a fully bilingual (Chinese-speaking) Limited License Legal Technician (LLLT) practicing divorce and family law from the firm’s Bellevue office. A LLLT is the legal equivalent of a nurse practitioner in the medical field. When a matter is within the LLLT’s scope of practice, a LLLT performs many of the same functions as a lawyer but for a lower rate.
Ms. Cai is a first-generation American who takes pride in her cultural identity and Chinese language skills. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Taishanese (a Cantonese dialect). She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington.
