Outstanding formal academics or significant record of industry-related accomplishment a must. Candidates should be do-gooders and unafraid of technology. Chinese language ability also preferred but not necessary. Compensation commission-based with low expected income during training (perhaps $2,000 first month) and rising to six figures ($100,000 to $200,000) within six months to a year.
